In the new category T/VOTD (Track/Video Of The Day) you can find tracks, songs or videos that amaze us – no matter if “old” or brand new. And not necessarily daily, but regularly – just whenever there is something amazing to share.
NEW CATEGORY AND NEW FEATURE ON THE HOMEPAGE: FEATURED VIDEOS
KAE’s home page has now made room in the header for FEATURED VIDEOS. This space is dedicated to outstanding music videos. In the related post, there will be the full video and more information about the video and the artist(s).
CLARITY IN TAGS: THE GENRE GROUPS
Sorting music into any kind of pigeonholes is sometimes a tiresome, but necessary and very useful topic. So that the articles and posts in the magazine don’t have countless tags consisting of subtle branches and countless subgenres, which ultimately then only lead to a few posts, genre groups have now been created that group together two or three main genres. To make browsing for artists and their music by preferred genre easier, artists, releases, and interviews are now sorted into only two of the major genre groups. Shows and mixtapes will be sorted into up to three of the major genre groups.
FURTHER WORK
There will still be small optimizations and adjustments made after the launch, for which the website usually does not have to go offline. But it might be that in the next days and weeks in some cases a short maintenance mode will be necessary, which can take about 20 minutes.
